Subscription promotion is based on the highest EXIUSS subscription you actively use. Enterprise implementation engagements follow a separate referral policy and become available once you are an active EXIUSS Intelligence subscriber or higher.

Once you become an active EXIUSS Intelligence subscriber, you may begin referring organizations for Growth Engine Accelerator, Executive Architecture Intensive, and EXIUSS EIM. These enterprise engagements are available regardless of whether your active subscription is Intelligence, Executive, or Architect.
Partner status is activated by an active EXIUSS subscription. You may submit this application before subscribing; the "Approved — Not Yet Activated" row reflects the window between approval and your first subscription, during which you may promote the introductory offers only. Full activation — including commissions and your referral link — begins with an active subscription.

What Happens After Your Referral
Once you introduce a qualified organization, EXIUSS guides them through the Executive Architecture process.
Depending on the organization's needs, this journey may include:
- Executive Discovery Conversation
- Executive Architecture Review (EAR)
- Organizational Assessment
- Executive Architecture Roadmap
- Transformation Recommendation
If implementation support is appropriate, EXIUSS facilitates the engagement and the referring Transformation Partner receives the approved referral commission upon a successful engagement.
Enterprise Engagement Philosophy
Transformation Partners introduce organizations into the Executive Architecture Journey. Rather than selling implementation services, partners introduce organizations to a structured architectural process designed to identify the most appropriate transformation path. Following the Executive Architecture Review (EAR), recommendations are made based on the organization's actual needs. Those recommendations may include internal implementation, collaborative implementation with EXIUSS, or a dedicated EXIUSS implementation engagement, depending on the outcome of the Executive Architecture process. Where implementation support is appropriate, EXIUSS may facilitate the engagement and the referring Transformation Partner receives the approved referral commission.

Enterprise engagements are not sold. They are architected. Transformation Partners introduce organizations to the Executive Architecture Journey. The appropriate solution is determined through the Executive Architecture process—not by the referring partner.

Approved Transformation Partners are expected to become active EXIUSS subscribers because:

An active EXIUSS subscription is a requirement for activating your Transformation Partner status — and once activated, you hold it at the 30% partner rate.
